Sketchvember

Sat Nov 14, 2009, 9:30 PM
It seems that some artists are doing a "Sketchvember" thing that involves posting a sketch a day. While it seems to me that "Sketchtember" would've been a better choice both from a naming scheme aspect as well as so it wouldn't overlap NaNoWriMo (for people who want to do both and to reduce flooded Friends Lists / New Feeds / Watch Lists), I'm going to see if I can do a little catch up since I'm late to the show.

hey tim how you upload with out a scanner do you like draw on the computer with wacom then save?
:icontimflanagan:
I don't know what you're talking about. I use a scanner, adjust the brightness and contrast in a graphics program, save the files, then upload them.
:iconsjsun425:
whats the average brightness and constrast lvl
:icontimflanagan:
There really isn't an average one. I just raise the brightness some until the whites don't look light gray, then I raise the contrast until the lines look crisp.
:iconsjsun425:
i got too overboard on the contrast
